If you're not completely satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare and beauty products cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they are faulty or you received the wrong item.
Items must be:
- Unused and unopened
- In their original packaging
- Returned in a resaleable condition
